Welcome, I’m Claire.

I’m so glad you found your way here!

I believe connection is medicine. In a world where it’s easy to feel isolated, plant medicine invites us to reconnect with ourselves, with others, and with the world around us.

For years, I followed the path I thought I was supposed to take. On paper, everything looked right, but inside I felt disconnected. That began to shift when I discovered plant medicine. It brought me back to clarity, purpose, and a renewed sense of possibility. Over the past decade, these plant allies have been my greatest teachers in healing, growth, and expansion.

At Botanical Breakthroughs, I guide individuals and groups in building intentional, meaningful relationships with plant medicine. My work blends education, coaching, ceremony, and somatic practices to support healing, spark creativity, and help you step fully into your truest expression.

I specialize in working with people navigating burnout, life transitions, grief, creative blocks, sober curiosity, and the desire for deeper connection and purpose.

I’m in the final stages of facilitator training with InnerTrek, one of the first programs preparing guides for Colorado’s Natural Medicine Program. I’m also a certified life coach, breathwork facilitator, and Reiki practitioner. All of these practices weave together to support your unique path.

As plant medicine becomes more widely explored, thoughtful guidance matters more than ever. If this resonates, I’d love to explore how I can support you on your journey.

Why Work With Me

Rooted in Safety

I hold a trauma-informed space where your experience, boundaries, and pace are respected at every step. Your emotional and physical safety always comes first.

Personalized Support

There is no one-size-fits-all path. I will meet you where you are, and we will co-create a process that aligns with your intentions, needs, and nervous system.

Relational and Real

I believe growth happens in relationship. This work is not just about insight. It is about being witnessed, supported, and reminded that you do not have to do it alone.
